Refund policy

Returns

XVLO accepts returns on new and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are accepted by mail only.

XVLO does not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Products showing signs of use, damage, wear, washing, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.
